February 2 Vision Board Workshop at 9am

Vision Boards

A vision board is a powerful visual tool—a collage of images, pictures, words, and affirmations—designed to represent your goals, dreams, and aspirations. It serves as a personal roadmap, a visual reminder of what you want to achieve, and a source of inspiration to help you stay focused and motivated to make your dreams a reality. By placing this board in a location where you can see it daily, you engage in regular visualization, which is proven to increase positive emotions, confidence, and motivation.

2.5hrs / $45 registration (worksheets for preparation will be emailed prior to workshop)

Register with a friend or come by yourself. No craft experience needed. Just bring an open mind and time to relax!
